Economic Considerations in Selecting Wine Storage and Processing Tanks

The various factors governing the selection of storage tanks have been considered in detail. Cleaning, maintenance, wine loss, and fire insurance costs have been shown to be the governing cost factors in the selection of tanks. Coated steel tanks of 60,000 gallons capacity and up have been shown to be the most economical.
