Effect of Vine Spacing in an Unirrigated Vineyard on Vine Physiology, Production and Wine Quality

1 Department of Viticulture and Enology, University of California, Davis, California 95616.

The influence of vine spacing on growth, cluster and berry weight, number of leaves and clusters per vine, production, grape and subsequent wine qualify, and costs were studied. The results are presented in tabular form.
