American Journal of Enology and Viticulture Instructions for Authors

The AJEV publishes scientific papers on various aspects of enology and viticulture. For a description of the types of papers published and guidelines on how to submit manuscripts, please download our Guide to Authors. The Guide also includes important sections on "Reporting Winemaking" and "Reporting Sensory Evaluation." Submitted manuscripts must be accompanied by a cover letter from the corresponding author and an Author Statement of Responsibility and Copyright Release form signed by the corresponding author.
